We are going to really test our new platforms this week. Mr. McCombs has set up the school so that we can use Microsoft teams. This is a secure professional platform. We are including the hours and times for meetings that we are proposing this week. We know that a schedule is very important to the success of any e-learning or at home learning experience.
For Grades 1st – 4th Schedule

Microsoft Teams Meetings
1st Grade-10 am DAILY
2nd Grade 10:20 am DAILY
3rd Grade 10:40 am DAILY
4th Grade 11 am DAILY
(Will be available to watch later, if absolutely necessary). If you have not yet, please download the MS Teams free app and make sure Miss Tanya has your email to invite you to your child’s meeting.
Monday’s 1st-4th Grade packet pickup available.
Miss Tanya is available to answer questions and assist in the learning journey from 9:30-3:30 pm M-Th and 9:30-12:30 Friday’s, but children MAY NOT STAY AT THE SCHOOL sadly, due to Covid19.

5th grade 10 A.M.
6th grade 12:30 P.M.
7th grade 2 P.M.
8th grade 3:30 P.M.
Monday to Friday
Bible and class meeting 11:30 A.M.
Mr. McCombs will be at the school from 10 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
We are available from 8 A.M. till 7 P.M. by phone to help you and answers any questions.
Title I tutoring will also be available though teams. Nell George is tutoring for math and Heather Dixon is tutoring for reading and language skills. Expect to be contacted with more details on that later if your student receives Title I services.
